im just here to find cool random things maybe talk to interesting people. i find the oddest things interesting. piercings and tattos are awesome too me :3 i have 3 piercings and a tattoo =D im really nice and usually pretty open so if you want to ask aquestion go for it =)

5 Minute CRISPY Sweet Potato Chips

I was pretty shocked when I discovered this recipe. It’s UHMAZING.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato
  • Salt (or any other seasoning)
  • Olive oil spray can

Instructions:

  1. Use a mandolin and slice up your sweet potato (try to find one that has an even girth throughout the entire length of the potato so you have evenly sized chips)
  2. Cut parchment paper the size of your glass plate inside the microwave
  3. Lay the chips in a single layer on the parchment paper
  4. Lightly spray with non-stick spray and salt them
  5. Microwave on 100% power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (Please note: This measurement was for MY microwave, so please be aware of your own) You will know they are done when they start to lightly brown, but do not wait till they entirely brown — that would mean it burnt)
  6. Let the chips cool, and they will turn crispy :)

Greek Yogurt Cupcakes!
• 9 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt • 8 strawberries • Half a ripe banana • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
—> Place 12 mini silicone baking cups on the top of an ice cream tray or small wooden cutting board.
—> Fill each of the cups halfway with yogurt, using one six-ounce container.
—> Puree the strawberries and banana. Add a small spoonful to each cup, so no white is showing.
—> Add a dollop of yogurt to each cup using the last three ounces of yogurt. Sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on top of each cup.
—> Gently place the tray in the freezer for at least an hour.
—> Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw for 10 minutes before eating.
—> ENJOY! x
